City, Police Jury Headed Back to Court Over Parking Lot

The city wants a million dollars to sell the parking lot adjacent to the Coliseum to the police jury. The police jury argues the parking lot has been shared by the two for decades.
Until the matter is resolved, the police jury cannot go forward with a multi-million-dollar, taxpayer-approved renovation project for the coliseum.
