The Police Chief in Colfax is arrested for theft. He’s 43-year-old Charles Stickell of Colfax. Grant Sheriff’s Deputies say they acted on a complaint and an investigation.
This is an appointed position. So, it will be up to the Mayor and council to decide if Stickell remains on the job until the legal matter is finished.
