No reservations needed for final ‘Steel Magnolias’ performances

Bolton High School to hold 10th Annual Chalkfest

[ April 17, 2014; ] On Thursday, April 17, 2014, Bolton High School will hold its 10th Annual Chalkfest.  A group of over 50 students will spend the day creating chalk drawings on the concrete in front of the school building. Some works will be reproductions of famous artworks, while others are beautiful paintings by lesser-known and/or local artists.

Astral Project to perform at NSU April 11

[ April 11, 2014; ] NATCHITOCHES – Astral Project will perform with the Northwestern State University Jazz Orchestra Friday, April 11 at 7:30 p.m. in Magale Recital Hall. Admission is free and open to the public. The performance by Astral Project replaces a concert by the Stan Kenton Alumni Jazz Orchestra on April 10 which was cancelled.
