Incoming Freshman Attend Orientation at LSUA

Freshmen are participating in time-honored tradition today at LSU of Alexandria: it’s orientation for the first-year students.
They’re learning their way around the campus, the course offerings, professors and the extra-curricular activities.
School officials are meeting with them and their parents to describe the many services offered to incoming students.

Recreation Summit Open Today at Coughlin-Saunders

A 3-day recreation summit opens today for Alexandria residents to learn about and provide input on city leisure services. ABC 31 News Reporter Bennett Roland Junior says some heavy hitters are in town to share their expertise.

The summit concludes Saturday morning and is conducted at the performing arts center downtown.

Hannah Books Author Signs Copies at Gunter Library
