BOM Suing Parc England

Bank of Montgomery  is suing the England Authority over the now shuttered Parc England Hotel and the nearby restaurant—Bistro on the Bayou. BOM officials at the last England Authority meeting indicated the dispute between the landlord and the tenant might end up in court. The issue is the contract between BOM and the England Authority, which owns the footprints of the property, and the bank which took over the facilities in a bankruptcy case.
