Body Discovered Near Airbase Road

The body was found around 6:30 at the corner of Cappel Road and First Street.  It’s a residential area and backs up to the Union Tank Car plant.

Witnesses say the man was found lying in the fetal position next to the road.

Authorities aren’t sure how he died and his identity isn’t being released until family members are notified.
