Beginning ceramics class to start Feb. 13 at NSU

NATCHITOCHES – A beginning ceramics class will be offered through Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education starting Thursday, Feb. 13.

The class will be offered on Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in Room 113 of the Fine Arts Annex through April 10. The fee is 0 plus a supply fee paid directly to the instructor on the first night of class.

This course is an introduction to working with clay. The student will learn hand-building and sculptural techniques and work on the potter’s wheel. There will also be room for intermediate and advanced students to take the class who want to use the facilities during the class time.
