Bayou Blaque Band Presents Rockin’ on the Bayou

NATCHITOCHES – The Bayou Blaque Band will host Rockin’ on the Bayou Saturday, July 20, on the downtown riverbank.  The event will feature performances by area bands and an inflatable jumper for children from 12:00 noon to 10:30 p.m.

Bands performing at Rockin on the Bayou include: No Refunds, Mixed Company, and If You’re Lonely, three Shreveport bands whose members are all under age 21; Natchitoches natives Breaktime for Francis; Arkay from Monroe; Doc Woody, and headliners Bayou Blaque, also from Shreveport.  Event organizer Hannah Graves stated, “This is the first year a local Natchitoches band has joined us.  It is great to see local bands getting together to support each other.”

All events are free and open to the public.
