Basic Floral Design Class

class=”alignleft size-full wp-image-20066″ style=”margin-left: 4px; margin-right: 4px;” alt=”Northwestern_State_University_of_Louisiana” src=”” width=”200″ height=”200″ />Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education will offer a class on basic floral design beginning Saturday, June 15.

The course will be taught on June 15, 22 and 29 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at The Master’s Bouquet at 108 South Drive in Natchitoches. The cost is $200 plus a $100 supply fee.

Those in the class will learn basic techniques such as making a bow, various wiring techniques for flowers, how to design a centerpiece and more. Whether you would like to enter the floral industry as a designer assistant, or just want to arrange flowers at home, this class will teach the basics you need to know.
