“Baby Matters” Closes Due to Recalls

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says it received numerous reports since 2009 involving the Nap Nanny and Nap Nanny Chill products. The company that makes them, Baby Matters, has agreed to the government’s terms to end further legal proceedings. Baby Matters is no longer in business. But its owner and founder continues to object to the recall.
