2 Federal Inmates Admit to Beating Fellow Inmate

Two federal inmates at the Pollock Penitentiary admit to beating a fellow prisoner so badly he has a traumatic brain injury. They’re 32-year-old Jeffrey Lovell and 36-year-old Christopher Simpson who admitted to the assault before a federal judge today.
Witnesses say the injuries were so bad the victim required a feeding tube.
