Investigators say Mark Earnest of Pineville took about 4 thousand dollars worth of parts and sold them to scrap yards since April.

Freshmen Orientation is underway at LSU Alexandria. About 150 students are hearing from administrators and the ambassadors who recruit students from the area high schools. The ambassadors are leading sessions on classroom success, what the university has to offer and how to survive a roommate.
