ASH Student Earns World Champion Weight Lifting Title

You may recall the report we did on Ashley Mitchell when she was training to go to Prague for the world championships. Her family says she placed first in her category at the International Powerlifting Federation World Sub-Junior Championships.
Her coach, Duane Urbina, accompanied her to the Czech Republic, for this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
