Arson Case Solved
Rapides Deputies say they’ve solved an arson case from January. They’re 53-year-old James Stracener and 35-year-old Sandie Stansbury. Both are from Elmer. And 41-year-old Michael DeVito and 29-year-old Samantha Stracener, both of which are from Pollock.
Detectives say James Stracener paid Samantha and DeVito to burn a home in the 200 block of Durand. Nobody was hurt.
