Arrest Made in Harassment, Stalking Case

Rapides deputies say he harassed and stalked a person in late October. They say he also left his children unattended while he drove to McNary to commit the offenses. He’s also charged with child desertion, cyberstalking, criminal trespass and criminal damage.
