Arrest Made in Attempted Copper Theft

Just before 8pm last night, APD officers were dispatched to the Hunter Power Electrical Plant in reference to a burglary in progress. Someone called, reporting a man was on the property trying to steal copper out of a recycling bin.
Clifton was arrested and taken to the Rapides Parish Detention Center for booking. This is his 25th booking in Rapides Parish.
