Man Arrested for Murder of Alexandria Woman
***UPDATE 6/10/14*** Alexandria Police arrest a man they say killed Sheterica Brewer, who was reported missing last month. They say 23-year-old Brad Jeansonne of Alexandria is now in custody.
The woman was reported missing at the end of May and then 2 days later police found her body. Her car had been found burned in the Duhon Street area.
Police say they’re not releasing the cause of death or a motive at this time.

27-year-old Sheterica Brewer of Alexandria was reported missing Friday when she failed to report to work.
Police say the cause of death isn’t known yet. The car brewer drives was found damaged by fire. The case is being treated as a homicide.

Alexandria Police are searching for a missing woman. She is Sheterica Brewer, a black female, 27 years old, 5’0” and 130 lbs. she has ‘JAMYA” tattoo on her left Shoulder. She was last seen wearing a pink or light red shirt and dark colored bottom.
Her car was found with fire damage in the Duhon St. area.
