Anonymous Tip Leads to Meth Arrest in Pineville

May 14, 2013 – On Friday, Rapides deputies received an anonymous tip regarding methamphetamine sales in the Pineville area.  Deputies followed up on the tip reporting Ricki Schneider was in possession of methamphetamine and included a specific vehicle description.

Deputies located the vehicle and contacted Schneider as he was about to leave a local restaurant. Schneider became increasingly nervous but denied possessing any narcotics and allowed deputies to search. Deputies located a plastic bag of meth in a compartment of his wallet.

54-year-old Ricki Clinton Schneider of Pineville was arrested and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center, and was released on a ,250 bond.
