Alexandria Zoo Prepares for Opening of New Exhibit

The Alexandria Zoo’s South American exhibit, called the Land of the Jaguar, opens next month.  Today, Friends of the Alexandria Zoo and Director Lee Ann Whitt discussed the project to the Downtown Rotary Club.

The friends group, called FOTAZ, is recruiting businesses to buy special t-shirts for employees to be worn near the time of the grand opening.  Contact the Zoo at (318) 441-6810 for more information or visit their website.
