Alexandria City Council Responds to Criticism

The president of the Alexandria City Council responds to criticism from Rapides Police Jurors about the mayor. Chuck Fowler repeated the city’s stance on the embattled coliseum parking lot, saying the land was never meant for parking.

Both sides are now headed back to court to determine ownership and an exchange of money, if needed.
