Press Release – Agents of the Natchitoches Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force and Louisiana Probation and Parole arrest a Natchitoches man on narcotics charges.
According to a Task Force Official, on 9/13/17 Agents with Louisiana Probation and Parole and the NMJDTF arrested one Jeremy Armstrong B/M/33 for driving under suspension. During the course of the investigation, Probation & Parole agents, with the assistance of NMJDTF agents, conducted compliance checks at two residences in the 1100 block of North Fifth St. and the 1100 block of Robieau St in Campti, La. During these checks agents located several suspected Ecstasy tablets, suspected synthetic marijuana, suspected marijuana and alprazolam. Armstrong was subsequently charged and booked at the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center on the following offenses:
- R.S. 40:969 Poss. CDS IV (Xanax)
- R.S. 40:966 Poss. CDS I (Ecstasy)
- R.S. 40:966 Poss. of CDS I (Marijuana)
- R.S. 40:966 Poss of CDS I (Synthetic marijuana
- R.S. 40:982 Second or Subsequent Offenses
- Article 899 Parole Violations
Armstrong remains in NPDC on a $200,000 bond and Parole Hold assigned by the 10th Judicial District.
