4th Annual Mardi Gras Cluster Dog Show to be held Jan. 23 – 26

Jackson St. Bridge Sidewalks Now Open

The sidewalks across the Gillis Long Bridge are now open to foot traffic.  The bridge was closed to all traffic for construction and re- opened to vehicles in time for the Christmas travel season.
Now that the sidewalk is open, the shuttle services formerly offered to pedestrians cut-off by the bridge are now suspended.

Sheriff Steven McCain says they called on Angola inmates to refurbish bicycles.
