Teens Arrested for Copper Theft in Deville

May 3, 2013 – Rapides deputies say they’ve arrested two teens for theft of copper from camps in the Open Bayou area of Deville.
One is 18-year-old Kyle Chase Rabalais of Alexandria, and the other is 19-year-old Clinton Gregory Woodson of Deville. Both are charged with burglary and theft and with possession of drug paraphernalia.
