Alexandria Men Arrested for Attempted Murder


Thursday, April 11th, Alexandria Police were notified that a gunshot victim had been transported to a local hospital. APD officers were dispatched to investigate. At the time, the investigation had found that the incident occurred shortly before the victim’s arrival at the hospital.

Complaints Lead to Meth Arrest in Ball

Following complaints from the community, Rapides Parish detectives arrested a Ball man on drug charges. He is 40-year-old Tony Christopher Pennock.
Detectives assigned to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office Metro Division executed a search warrant at 109 Daniels Road in Ball in reference to sales of methamphetamine.
