2,000 National Guard Members Respond to Flooding Crisis Across LA

The Louisiana National Guard is responding to flood crises at both ends of the state, and here’s what they’ve done as of this morning, by the numbers.

Around 2,000 members of the Guard are responding.  They’ve rescued almost 5,000 citizens and more than 350 pets.  They’ve issued more than 70,000 bottles of water, including three parishes in our area.
