Rapides deputies arrest 2 deputies for improper behavior with an inmate.
John Benjamin is charged with malfeasance, prohibited sexual conduct and introducing contraband into a jail. Donald Weston faces charges of malfeasance and prohibited sexual conduct.
Benjamin has been with the office since 2008 and Weston since last year. Both have been fired.
Both deputies were assigned to the corrections division.
