Personal character, professionalism, and the ability to make educated, objective, and fair decisions are a must for a judge. I can attest to the fact that Fred Pharis has all of these qualities as well as knowing the law. I have known him for many years and would trust him with my life. He is a genuine person with no personal prejudice that I have ever witnessed. He would serve Pineville well so I hope he is elected.
