Louisiana GOP Representative Vance McAllister is breaking weeks of silence and talking about his decision not to seek re-election after a tape revealed him kissing a staffer. McAllister says he will keep his work schedule in Washington and in the district.
Meanwhile, at least 2 men are announcing plans to run for the seat. They are Ed Tarpley, a Republican, and Clay Grant, a Libertarian.
