They’re Calvin Colson and Kentrell Richards, both 21 and from Alexandria.
Police say the chase finally ended near the south traffic circle. Colson is accused of resisting arrest, and Richards is charged with fighting, unauthorized use of a vehicle, aggravated flight and no driver’s license.
