12-Year-Old Charged with Negligent Homicide
Alexandria police arrest a 12-year-old for killing a man with an air-pellet-type weapon on Polk Street last Friday night. The victim is 29-year-old Courtney Honore of Alexandria.
The child’s name cannot be released, but he’s charged with negligent homicide and is in custody.
